Dr. Daniel Berson is a graduate of New York University and New York Medical College. After graduation from medical school he completed training in Surgery at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery, holds an Advanced Trauma Life Support certificate, and was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Previously on the faculty of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Dr. Berson is currently Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at New York Medical College. He is a Senior Attending Surgeon at Nyack Hospital, where he is the former Director of the Department of Surgery, and currently serves as a member of the Medical Executive Committee. He is also on the courtesy staff at Good Samaritan Hospital.
